70%的美国成年人已经打了第一针疫苗，比拜登预期的目标达成时间晚了一个多月。这一里程碑也算是一个好消息了，因为高传染性的德尔塔变体对未接种疫苗人群的破坏性极强。病毒感染率在低接种率的州或者社区激增，促使有些地方官员考虑强制民众戴口罩并接种疫苗。

Square公司将斥资290亿美元收购Aferpay公司
Point of Sale
Square是一家电子支付公司（由Jack Dorsey联合创办），将斥广电大流量卡资290亿美元收购Afterpay公司，这家公司提供分期贷款业务。Afterpay是一家澳大利亚公司，成立于2014年，支持顾客使用分期付款，不需要顾客持有信用卡，也不收取利息。这次并购将支持商家使用Square公司的Point of Sale技术（「链接」）为顾客提供先买后付的服务。
Square, a digital-payments firm co-founded by Jack Dorsey, is to buy Afterpay, which offers instalment loans, for $29bn in shares.
Afterpay, which was founded i广电大流量卡n Australia in 2014,allows customers to pay in instalments without owning a credit card or paying interest.
The merger should allow retailers using Square’s point-of-sale technology to offer buy-now-pay-later services.

波兰给予白俄罗斯短跑运动员人道主义签证
Krystsina Tsimanouskaya（白俄罗斯的短跑运动员）声称被奥运会队员强制要求离开日本，波兰政府给予了她人道主义签证。在东京羽田机场摊牌之后，Tsimanouskaya在一个安全的旅馆住下了。她曾在Instagram公开批评白俄罗斯体育官员（也就是她的教练）。她的丈夫逃到了乌克兰。
Krystsina Tsimanouskaya, a Belarusian sprinterwho claimed that her own Olympics team tried to forcibly remove广电大流量卡 her from Japan,was given a humanitarian visa by Poland.
Ms Tsimanouskaya spent the night in a secure hotel after a showdown at Tokyo’s Haneda airport.
She had criticised Belarusian sports officials.
Her husband has fled to Ukraine.
